Sychronization Log issues

During the send receive function on Outook 2002 my system
hangs at "saving synchronization log"

If anyone knows how to fix this please reply. Also if
anyone can tell me what folder the syncrhonization log is
saved to, that would be helpful as well since I can then
check to see if the folder is missing.

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

The log is saved to your deleted items folder. You can
view the log to see where your failure is occurring. To
correct it, you can delete the .ost file and recreate it.
This usually solves the problem.
