Synchronizaton messages

In Outlook 2000 I am receiving messages that say #NET
FOLDERS# and then lists the shared folders I'm a part of.
When I click each one it tells me the change will now take
place etc... How do I get it so that it does this
automatically without me having to see them? Thanks.
