Synchronizing the Outlook calendar between to computers?

Hi,

Is it possible to synchronize the Outlook calendar on two
computers across the web. I use mostly my computer at
work but it would be nice to have the calendar at home
updated also. Is there functionality to do this in Office
or are there some other software that can do this for me?
