Syncing multiple computers

Can anyone provide guidance as to what the best possible routine is for
keeping multiple PC's updated in Outlook? I have 3 locations I work in, plus
2 homes, laptop and a Blackberry. I want to keep them all updated as I change
something in any of the others.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Might to some extent depend on the type of mail account, is imap an option?
