System Cannot Find the Specified File - Outlook 2000 - XP

Periodically when I try to add search terms to my email subject line, I get
the message "System Cannot Find the Specified File" when I try and save the
email. This never happened with windows 2000 pro and it does not happen most
of the time with windows XP. If I copy the same email. the new one will save
just fine.

At times, Outlook also seems to think the first email was saved by another
user, but there is only 1 user on my computer.

Is this an Outlook bug with Windows XP
