System will not automatically send officement document as attachm.

Trying to email an office document while I have the document open. Normaly
when I choose send as attachment Outlook automatically opens up and I send.
But...Outlook is not opening up and a Wizard is coming up asking me to
create a POP3 email account. Please help.

will be deleted without reading.
