Task completion

Is there anyway to mark a task as completed without it
being deleted from my task list? I would rather not show
completed tasks in the Outlook Today window, but I don't
want to have completed tasks be deleted. There are
occasions that I need to review notes from completed tasks
or even know when it has been completed. Thanks.

I can't figure out how to have my completed tasks deleted
automatically. Maybe we could put our heads together and
come up with an answer. Are you using Outlook 2003?

If you change your task View, Current View to "Active Tasks", it will
hide completed tasks, but not delete them. To see them, change your
view again, perhaps to Completed Tasks.
