Tasks folder - Outlook

When I try to access my Tasks folder in Outlook it kicks
me out of Outlook. This started out of the blue. I went
to web and got an update to Outlook and once it was
installed it I was able to access the Tasks folder one
time only. I did the Detect and Repair feature also but
can not access my Tasks folder. Any ideas on how to
correc this issue?
