Tasks stored?

Hi there,

I'm running Outlook 2003, I backed up the following folder, before I had to
reinstall my computer, but I cannot seem to import or copy back my Tasks
list. Where would that be found/stored?

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Don't use import but simply reconnect to the pst-file by using File-> Open->
Outlook Data File. When you do an import you'll loose your custum views and
forms.

Hi there,

OK, thanks for that. But my tasks still do not appear, are they stored in
the PST?

Ho Kol,

Are you connecting to an Exchange Server? If so your Tasks will be
contained within your Mailbox on the Server ... if your delivery was set to
the Mailbox itself rather than the PST (Personal Folder).

Hi Kol,

Interesting. Your Tasks should be located in the PST then under:

C:\Documents and Settings\<name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Can you see your current PST on the system?
