Tasks - who did what & when

A

Annie in France

Hello,

I am on Project 2003 and have several projects all using the same resource
pool, 2 things I frequently need to know (but cannot work out how to do):

1) who has worked on a particular task?
2) how much time was put to a project in a particular time period (usually a
calendar month).

Any help would be appreciated.

(I know some of you also work on French language Project, so any pointers
with regard to the French terminology for this would be appreciated - from
English I will find my way, but French would take me there directly!)

Thanks,

Hi Annie,

Open the popol with the third option "Pool and sharers"
Project now opens the pool AND a "master" file
In the master file go to Task Usage View
Insert a column "Project"
Richt-click on the right part, detail styles, ishow "Actual work"

Now find the task you're looking for, you havbe all the detail you need.

Now switch to resource Usage
Format, Timescale, put scales to quarters and months.
There you are.
