template that requires Publisher2002 or more if I only have 2000ve

Is it possible to download a template from microsoft.com and then be able to
open & run it if the downloaded template states that it requires Publisher
2002 or more and I only have Publisher 2000? If so, how? I had no
difficulty downloading it to my desktop, but I couldn't figure out how to
open it.

If the template is exactly what you want, you can send it to me and I will convert it
to a 2000 file. It will no longer be a template.
Remove "my" to reply...
Maybe it is time for an upgrade???
