In a glossary slide, I want to build: 1. word 2. entire definition (at
once, not by letter or by word)
Can't see how. Any help?
Thanks.

If you have a Level 1 and Level 2 style in a text box and want 1 and 2 to
come in at the same time, when setting the Custom Animation for the desired
effect you want, set the "Introduce Text" setting to be "All at once" and
"Grouped by 1st level paragraphs" and both will come in at once.

Holler back if that doesn't make sense.

I think what I want to do is separate the arrival within a level. I am
creating a glossary with several terms in it. I want the term to appear
first. Then I want the definition to appear, all at once. Then I want the
next term to appear. Then it's definition. And so on.

Terms:

Aryballo - a jar with a long spout and pair of handles - one of
the most typical Inca vessel shapes.

Kero - a ceramic (or wooden) vase or cup.
Does that make sense?

Makes sense now, but the only real way to accomplish this is to have the
definition on a sublevel below the word. Other than creating separate text
boxes and positioning them in such a way that it appears as though they are
in the same textbox, this is the only way.

I see.
Thanks
