Text box for team members to type into

Is there a way for me to set up a simple text field for my users to type
information into? Similar to the notes field, but more accessible as it would
be in the grid, as opposed to them having to click "Add Note", etc.

Hi,

Yes, simply insert a Text field such as Text1 using Insert Column. Under
Tools, Customize, Fields you can permanently rename text1 (for that project0
to whatever title you choose or temporarily name it when you insert it.
