Text box overflow

When you insert more text than a text box is able to accommodate, Publisher
gives you a warning bell and the "A"--Autoflow warning. HOWEVER, after you
have finished working on a text box--and say that there are two text boxes
bumping up against one another--a slight shift in any spacing on the page can
cause one of the text boxes to "slip" behind the other--thus losing one or
more lines of visible text on the document page--there is no warning when
this happens--and unless you actually click on the text box, the "A" doesn't
show to alert you. Is there any way to protect that from happening?

Mary--this didn't do anything--some process--if I'm clicking on and working
iN the text box, I get the Autoflow note that it's time to adjust the size;
however, when I'm done working in it, it can accidently shift later and there
is no notice that the full contents of the box are no longer visible.

You are not going to see the overflow icon if the text box is not selected.

You might want to do a detect and repair, it sounds like you have some
corruption somewhere. Do you have the Office service packs installed?

You should be using Design Checker before printing. It won't prevent you
from doing that but it will alert you to the fact that it happened.
