On both text boxes you need to place the following code on the AfterUpdate event
I assume that you have three text boxes Text1, Text2, Text3 and you want to have the calculation of Text1 and Text2 appear in Text3
So on the AfterUpdate event of Text1 and Text2 put the followin
Text3 = Text1 yourcalcualtion Text2 for this exmaple we multiply Text1 with Text2 so you would se
Text3 = Text1 * Text2
So that the value is record in the table you need the form to be have a record source to your data table and bind Text3 to the field you want to update
