Text Boxes & AutoShapes Move when Form is Protected?

I have an application that I have customers fill out. I use text boxes
(Circles with a letter inside) on places that need to be filled out. I also
use the { as well. However, I noticed that sometimes when people fax it in,
it moved or some of them moved on the page, not where I placed them. The
form is protected so they can fill it out. Can those boxes or shapes move
when the form is protected? I know how programs can be when used or opened
on all sorts of computers, but is it possible?

Thanks
Curtis

Protecting a document keeps users from typing anywhere except in the form
fields you provide; it does not prevent Word from reformatting the document
for the current printer (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm), nor does it prevent
text form fields from expanding (unless you have prevented this by putting
them in table cells of a specified size).

Hi Suzanne,

Thanks. Not sure what you mean exactly about the table cells. I tried to
specify the width, etc, but that doesn't help.

You can view a sample page here: www.gotmerchant.com/test/

???

Thanks
