the clipboard printing over document

I have Publisher 2002. From the beginning - at times when
I print a document, the clipart on the side will print on
top of my document. This happens on several of our
computers. What causes it and HOW DO I STOP IT?

This is not the ClipBoard, this is the scratch area.
It is a known bug, and can be avoided by putting the pictures in the scratch
area below the document.
