the titles shift for no reason

I have a problem with Publisher, for some reason the titles shift and they
dont look the same when I print them or even when I reopen the file it doesnt
look the same as I saved, any advices ?

Something in your publication is not wrapping the way it should. Select your
titles, click on the wrapping icon (doggy) click none.
