this project has inactive resources with remaining work

When a resource leaves the company, I set them to inactive. But all
plans where the resource was assigned, now get a message "This project
has inactive resources with remaining work..." even if the resource
does not have remaining work.

Any way to stop this annoying message every time the plan is
opened/updated?
