time and billing database for microsoft 2002-2003 -Invoice problem

I am new to access so please dont give me a hard time. I have recently
downloaded and installed the latest version of Microsoft Access 2003-2002
Time and Billing Database from microsoft's template website. Here is the
issue i am having:
When I opened the database template i overviewed to see if it was fine to my
surprise the "print invoice" form does not display the time and expenses data
and when you "preview invoice" it also does not show any of the time and
expenses data. Is anyone else having this problem? I have downloaded the
template on 2 different computers and have the same issue. I would appreciate
the help anyone can give.

You have to enter a bill date range. You "supposedly" have all this work
done for a client, but are you going to bill them for the last week for
work, or the last two weeks, or the last month?

So, in that sample, when you click on preview invoice, a screen comes up,
and there is two fields you need to enter data

Being Date
End date:

Try entering

1/1/05
1/30/05

Now, see how it works....

Remember, if you don't like the way it works, the beauty of this is that you
can change it to your needs..
