I can find lots of tiny icons on the web, but where can I
find some provided by Microsoft for use by developers?

Bill

There are applications that will extract icons from .EXE and .DLL files. Use
this application and look at the MSAccess.EXE files and other MS products.
There you'll find the icons to use.
