TIR.NO.PER function, where do i found it in Office 2003???

In Office 2000 spanish i had a "TIR.NO.PER" function (like IRR but not for
the same period) now i have installed Office 2003 English and i don't found
it, where do i found it or how do i have to write it?
I would appreciate ur answer soon.
