To print a birthday banner from template

I found a banner that I would like to print for my mothers 90th birthday,
however it only seems to print one page. Also, I would like to know if I can
add names to this banner or make changes before I print it.

You can change anything you like, but Word doesn't support banner printing.
It cannot print a page longer than 22".
