I am trying to put some squigglys on the left and right of each of the
four partitions. Looking at a print preview the squggilys show up on
all four partitions but after printing only one partition has the
squigglys.
Any pointers to some info on how to resolve this would be helpful

What page setup are you using? Are you printing portrait? These "squggly's", are
they clipart?
I can't visualize what you are trying to do.

Top fold cards are laid out with the front and back as the default. Page one is
the front, page two is the back. What do you mean by partitions?

The squigglys are clip art. I am printing landscape. Publication type
is folded card. page size is top fold. 5.5' by 4.25'.I'll send you the
file
