track changes

Barb

I am working on a document that 2 others have worked on. It was saved originally with the Track Changes activated. I have deactivated Track Changes because I need to save the document without the changes showing so that it can be submitted for publication. No matter what I do, after I've deactivated Track Changes and saved the document, when I open it again it automatically opens with the Track Changes activated

Any help will be MOST appreciated

Hi =?Utf-8?B?QmFyYg==?=,
I am working on a document that 2 others have worked on. It was saved
originally with the Track Changes activated. I have deactivated Track
Changes because I need to save the document without the changes showing
so that it can be submitted for publication. No matter what I do, after
I've deactivated Track Changes and saved the document, when I open it
again it automatically opens with the Track Changes activated.This will be the case if you did not ACCEPT or REJECT the changes others
made before you turned Track Changes off. Track Changes just records
changes; turning it off doesn't get rid of the tracked information, just
stops recording new changes.
