Tracking Changes w/Label

Is it possible to add a verticle label to the verticle change bar such as "Draft 1" or "Draft 2" so that when I am reviewing a document, I know when I made the change?

No built-in way, no. But isn't the change balloon or popup marked with the
date it was made?
