Transferring entries in Outlook to another PC

Hi, I have schedule32 running hand in hand with Outlook.
NOw i'm going to get a new PC in the office.
How can I transfer all my entries in my calendars/tasks/to-
do lists from my current PC to the new one I'm gonna get?

Depends, are you using a pst-file to store your data in or is it stored on a
(Exchange) mailserver? Doesn't your support desk guide you through the
process when they change your workstation?
