Trying to get data into a form

hello,

i am working with visual basic 6.0 and i am trying to
link data from access with a sheet i am creating,

i have created a form that allows the user to select the
attribute from the access tables, then type a value in
the textbox to search for within that attribute.

i have got as far as setting up the first form but now
when i try to load the results form i am having problems.

i cannot type the correct sql code so that it will check
the data on the tables, and it also will not display any
results.

any helping hands??
