UK users also need a CD with Office XP Service pack 3

I have tried to get a free CD with Office XP SP3 but these seem to only be
available North American users - If I have to rebuild my HDD it takes me a
VERY long time to keep downloading all that stuff - why the favouritism

methods they'll use for product fullfillment on updates.
