Unable to access PWA from remote machines

Gary:,

Yes you are on the dot. Even though I have a ip address registered with a
ISP, I do not have a sub domain or a DNS name registered e.g. www.XXXX.com
with a ISP. That is the problem. I will be doing that and everything would
be done.

Thanks a ton for your help ! I appreciate.

With Warm Regards,

Nitinn:

What you want to do is create a subdomain like: https://project.XXXX.com
You need an SSL Certificate - GoDaddy has a pretty good deal
You need to set your firewall and router to deliver traffic to the correct
server
You need to configure AAM to accept requests from the URL

Gary:

I am still not out of AAM...

I have a single server setup. My Server name is ABCDE-PS. I do not have DNS
Name, ISA 2006 Server.
I have created the necessary AAM for Internet as http://INTERNET.ABCDE-PS.
I have a router with registered ip address as 192.168.1.100. My PS2K7 server
has a static ip address as 192.168.1.199. The router has been setup to port
forward to my PS2K7 server. I have added an entry in IIS against the 'Project
Web Access' site (port no 80) in 'Advanced' as 'INTERNET.SAIPL-PS' and given
the same port no 80 to it as the 'Project Web Access' site.

When I access the PS2K7 server as
http://192.168.1.100/INTERNET.SAIPL-PS/pwa/defaults.aspx.....i get an error
on screen as 'Web Page Not Found'.

I have checked on the router admn if the port forwarding is happening or
not....Well it is...but the problem is after port forwarding I do not get the
logiin screen for ABCDE-PS/pwa.....

Can you please advice where I am going wrong ?
