Background: Project 2007, TFS, Visual Studio Team Services.
I am assuming an existing project and many of the defaults have been
previously set on this project. I am wishing to change one, when a new task
is entered the start date should be "today's date" and not the start of the
project.
I have discovered selecting Toos -> Options -> Schedule and have been able
to select "New Tasks" = "Start on Current Date". The issue is that this is
not taking, it continually defaults back to the start date of the project. I
need to have this overritten and I wish to schedule tasks by the date they
are entered.
HELP on how to override this.
Thank You
