Hi all as a little help would be appreciated. I was working with Excel 2007
just fine at home, but now I am unable to open my excel documents as I keep
having to enable these files from the disabled files due to the error message
of "the system encountered a problem when previously opening...." Now when I
try to open them, I see that "scanning for virus" is in progress on the lower
left hand part of the spreadsheet, but the file never opens. Additionally,
it looks like I'm having problems with Microsoft Office altogether because my
email, Word and PowerPoint are haing issues too.
I also have a question on downloads in another discussion group because I
don't know if this is related to an Office update that does not install due
to an error (0x80070625). Hopefully, these issues can be resolved, and
again, would be greatly appreciated (my shopping list is on one of the
spreadsheets). :0)
