Unable to Print from Word to H-P Printer

I cannot get Word documents (version Office 2003) to print on my H-P DeskJet
812C printer. It has been set as the default printer and is the only printer
attached to my PC. I am not on a network. I have run the Office
troubleshooter and it did not come up with any errors. I have looked for a
Driver and it says that the drivers are included on my operating system
Windows XP Home Edition. Other documents print from my email program and any
web pages.

What happens when you try to print from Word? Does it give you an error
message or does it open any dialog boxes or does it just sit there like
nothing happened?

A lot of HP Printers have "letter" as the Default paper size.
If word is set up for A4 it will not print onto Letter size paper.
Check the Paper size in the properties of the printer and shange accordingly
