Unable to print labels from Word 2003

I'm trying to print labels in Word using Student Teacher OFfice 2003,that I
just installed. Allupdates are current.
At the bottom of the page I'm geting a messege sAying that the background of
the document is being printed. This is taking a long...........time.The green
bar is just not moving. I am bale to use the printer,so I know that is not
the problem
So I closed the program and I'm getting an error report?
HELP!!!!!!

If this doesn't fix it, Word is tied very closely to the printer driver.
Your driver may have a minor corruption. Uninstall the printer then
re-install it again (preferably taking the opportunity to see if there's an
update).
