Unable to start Microsoft Office

Although I have had my date in micosoft office for years
the program will not let me enter because it says that
this user is not setup. It requests that we setup user.
How do I do this??

If Office wasn't installed completely to run all applications from the hard
drive, reinstall it (with admin rights) and make sure you do a custom
install and specify 'run all from this computer'

What version of Outlook?
