unable to view forwarded html email

Hi These i hope someone can help

I have an email that was forwarded from an AOL account which i can't view,
yet if i forward it to one of my colleagues they can view it no problem at
all.
I'm assuming it is a settings issue
Im running outlook 2000 sp4
