Undo Document Save?

I made changes to an existing document intending to save
it as a new document. Instead, I accidently hit "Save"
and now the document has been saved with the changes. Is
there anyway I can get back my initial document (in the
form before I saved the changes)?

I'm afraid it's too late now, unless you have a backup copy. But the next time that happens, use the Undo toolbar button to undo every one of your edits, resave the document, use the Redo toolbar button to reapply all of your edits, then do your Save As.
HTH!

If you have "Always create backup copy" enabled on the Save tab of Tools |
Options, look for the previous version as "Backup of <filename>.wbk" in the
same folder. If not, now you know why this option is a good idea!
