Uneditable Form

I set up a recurring email form with some code from slipstick systems
used in conjection with task scheduler. It used to work fine.

I've done something that changed this. I've changed and deleted some
personal folders and I also attempted to edit the form. Anywhow I
find now that I can find the form, but, when I select
tools>forms>design a form and select it the form is sent rather that
being brought up in a edit window.

Does anyone have any ideas?
