Uniform Text Boxes

[PPT 2002] How can I create a text box of the same size and
placement that will be used from one screen to the next? Is it
possible to Copy either the text box or the formatting parameters and
apply it elsewhere? Or is there a better way to go?

Create your first text box the way you want, select the border and press
CTRL-C to copy it. Page down to the desired slide and press CTRL-V and it
will paste it in the exact same place on the slide. Is this what you are
wanting?
