I originally had Office 2000 SR1 Premium. I have the disc, but it will not
install or uninstall. I now have Office 2003 Pro & want to be rid of the old
version. I can't get it to do anything?

Hi Wendy,

Have you installed Office 2003 yet? If not, then
use the custom installation and have it remove
the older versions. The only part of Office 2000
premium that it would generally leave behind would
be MS Office Photodraw from Office 2000 Premium CD#3
and perhaps the Small Business Tools from Office 2000
CD#2 and those can then usually be uninstalled or
removed manually or with the Office 2000 Eraser download.
