Unregistering a copy of Project 2003

Hello,

I need to unregister an installation of Project 2003 so I can install it on
another PC. How do I go about doing that since when I try it now it says
that there are no more licenses. I want to install it on another PC since
they PC that it is currently installed on is not being used.
