update contact list in outlook

Hi,
we are using outlook in our office.
what is the best way or short cut to use to update our
contact list?
i.e. we get people leaving or adding to our office and
with 60 people in the office, we cant' go to each
computer to update their contact list. we would like to
have a short cut to send as an email attachment to staff
and get them to run it or follow a few steps to update
their contact list.

Best solution would be to create a contacts folder in Public Folders as a
centralized list that one or more people could maintain.
