Update links (F9) doesn't work

Hi,

I'm using Word 2002. Can anyone tell me why, when I insert
and link to file a diagram (in PNG format), then press F9
after some changes to the diagram, the image in my word
document doesn't update?

Hi Matt,

Have you saved the updated diagram before pressing F9? Until you do this,
there isn't anything for the link (which is to the saved file) to update.
