Update Microsoft Office 2000

I have a copy of Microsoft Office 2000 (Word, Powerpoint, Access, Excell
etc.,) Is it possible to up date this version to a later version, eg. Office
XP, by download? Or am I required to buy a complete new office suite?

You can buy an upgrade to either Office 2002 (XP) or Office 2003, neither is
(legaly) available for down-load as anything but a trial.
