Upgrade to 2003

I have publisher 2002 on my computer and need to upgrade to 2003. Is there a
program I can download to upgrade to 2003 or do i need to re-purchase
publisher.?

You can buy just the upgrade if your 2002 CD was a full version and you
still have it.

There is currently a $70 mail-in rebate for upgrades if you live in the US
(just the states, not territories), DC, military bases with a valid APO/FPO
address, and Canada.
