uploading files with FP2002

I'm trying to setup the Upload File control on my
website, but when I try to set the properties of my new
Upload folder, all 3 checkboxes are dimmed. The MS
knowlege base says that means I must have a "web" open
(the path at the top of the folder list should start with
http://) instead of a file (the path is C://) but no
matter what I do, I never get the http:// path as the
first item in the folder list. Anyone out there know
what I'm doing wrong?

Okay, I figured out that I have to open the web from the
server's website in order to get the the URL address to
show up in the first item in my folder list--but all 3
check boxes are still dimmed. My ISP (HostSave) says
they have FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions and I have
gone through their procedure for installing them, but I
still am not having any luck.
