Urgent Solution Required to Office 2003

Help!

I have suffered from sluggish 2003, if anybody saw my previous posts about
it. So couldn't fix it, then I thought I will revert to old office 2000, so
I did that. I uninstalled and then reinstalled 2000, but something has
caused the computer to be confused.

Now it wouldn't work properly so I have now tried to reinstall office 2003,
and again it won't open properly it just pops up and gives me some dialog
that I need to switch identities or something and I follow the instructions
but it wont' make a difference, then it pops off and doesn't open up.

I am not having the time or knowledge to tweak about with registries I just
want to know why it is behaving this way, never before has it asked for
this, and I have done quite a few office 2003 installations. Something has
changed on my pc due to installing 2000 and uninstalling.

Do I need to do a compete os reinstallation to get this fixed? Otherwise I
am now relying on outlook.

An Office Cleanup should do the trick.
Try running:
start /W <something>\OFFICE11\Offcln.exe /a /q

It will remove all officerelated installations to give you a fresh
start :)
