Urgent: Word XP Merge Field not in list

I have entered in items into Other Phone and when I mail
merge I am unable to insert that merge field. I have to
do a large mail merge ASAP, how to I get that in?

I tried editing the field to be
{MERGEFIELD "Office_Phone"} but is was not recognized.
Other Fax, Other Address etc. are there.

Please HELP!

Unfortunately, the list of fields you get varies depending on how you
connect to your Outlook data. You probably chose "Select from Outlook
Contacts" within the Mail Merge wizard, and in that case the "Other_Phone"
field is not provided. Instead, start Outlook, select the contacts list, and
use Outlook Tools|Mail Merge to initiate your merge, and you should see a
complete list of fields.
