Using Microsoft Publisher - one color prints out black

When I print my label that I did on Microsoft Publisher the green color
prints out black. All my print levels are good. What could cause this?

Mary Sauer

Have you gone through the cleaning process that most printers offer. You may
have a clogged cartridge. Refer to your printer manual.
