Very Urgent! Please help

Hello! Everyone,

I have a project in project center with gantt view.
Project name: Test
StartDate: 01/01/2005
EndDate:06/01/2005
%work complete: 20%
Remaining Work: 80%

So the enddate will be changed.

How to represent in gantt view in PWA for this project. I have to do this
for all other 150 projets.

Please help!

You must update hte projects using Project Professional connected to the
server.

Open the project.
Tools > Tracking > Update Project
Select "Reschedule uncompleted work to start after"
Select a date from the drop-down box
Click OK

Save and close the project.

Changes will appear in PWA.

It also would probably be a very good idea before closing the project to
click on:
Collaborate > Publish > New and Changed Assignments.
That will notify resources of the new schedules for their assignments.

Firtly, I would like to thank for your immediate reply.
Right now, in PWA all gantt view are showing only bars with no text on it.
My manager wants to see bar with actual start date and actual finish date
(recalculated date based on %work completion).
Is this possible to do?
If this is not clear I will explain more.

Sorry, you cannot get text on bars in PWA as you can in Project Professional.
The best you can do in PWA is to display the Start and Finish dates in the
table on the left side of the Gantt chart.

In the PWA Gantt view, there is a vertical "splitter" bar. To the right of
the bar is the graphical display of Gantt bars. To the left is tabular data.
The Start and finish fields are included in the tabular data.

We seem to be having diffucult communications. I am sorry if I do not
understand your question. Do you understand my answer?
